Can we add properties later?
Yes. The booking site is built to take new properties as pages rather than as separate builds, so growth does not mean starting again.
Do you reuse one film across several listings?
No. Every property gets its own film built from its own media. Reused footage is obvious to guests and undermines the trust the film is there to build.
Do owners get anything they can see?
Yes. Each property has its own page you can send to an owner, and reporting can be broken down by property so owner conversations are backed by numbers.
How does pricing work past eight properties?
It is quoted on your actual portfolio. Send the property list and we will tell you what the build covers and what it costs before any work starts.
Can we keep our channel manager?
Where it allows a connection, yes. The aim is to add a direct channel to the mix, not to force a change of the system your team already runs.
